The Freehand Chicago is indeed something very special. Design and a relaxed vibe is the keyword for this hostel/hotel and it is hard not to "feel good" staying at this location.
By the entrance you have the reception on your right and a public café on your left. On the ground floor you'll find a cozy lounge area and a bar. In the basement floor you will find washing machines and a small kitchen where the groups can enjoy the continental self-service breakfast. It consists of cereals, toasted bread, jelly, peanut butter, juice, coffee and tea. The kitchen size and number of seats are limited, so do not head for breakfast all group at the same time.
Free Wi-Fi is available all over the the property.
You will be accommodated in small but stylish 4-bedded (wide) bunk rooms with a tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. Each room has a TV, hair dryer and individual A/C. As with the rest of the property, mahogany is the dominant material, giving the bedrooms a feeling of a ship cabin.
