Generator Hostel Dublin (B)

Generator Hostel Dublin
Generator Hostel is a large and new hostel, which opened in the summer of 2011. It is located just north of the Liffy River in a residential area and next to the Jameson Distillery.

On this new hostel you will be staying in simple, but nice 4- to 8-bed rooms with bunk beds. Under each bunk bed there is a box for storage and the rooms all have showers and toilets. Bed linen is included, but you must bring your own towels.

Generator Hostel has a large reception, where you can buy smaller meals like hot dogs and pizza with drinks. There is a nice, modern common area with sofas, pool table, bar and a small dance floor with frequent live music. In the common area there is wi-fi access and part of the area can also be closed off if you need to have small meetings or briefings with the group.

In the basement there are additional rooms with screens and a projector, which can be used to show movies. There are also electronic lockers, which may be used at a small cost. You can also use the common kitchen facilities, but you must book the time in advance. A number of the rooms are also tailored for disabled access.
